Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila (preferably reposado or silver)
- 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz Saucey Hot Hunny
- Ice
METHOD
- To a cocktail shaker add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and hot honey. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour (or chickpea flour for gluten-free)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- Saucey Basil, Mandarin + Honey Dressing
METHOD:
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, kale, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly textured.
- Add flour and pulse a few more times. If the mixture feels too wet, add more flour until it holds together. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the falafel in batches, cooking for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
